  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to onboard new merchants, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion in the market.
  • Analyze processing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance processing efficiency, reduce errors, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems, driving business efficiency, innovation, and competitiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a strong understanding of payment processing regulations and compliance.
  • Proven experience in merchant processing or a similar role, with a strong track record of success and growth.
  • Familiarity with industry software and payment processing platforms, with expert-level experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
