Empower Lives with Eliot's ACCS Program

Eliot's Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) program is a pioneering clinical model that focuses on meeting each individual where they are at, developing creative interventions to support individuals in achieving their life goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Empower individuals with substance abuse treatment needs to exercise autonomy in all aspects of their life.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure that the individual's perspective is always included, preferences are recognized, and choices are maximized.
  • Provide training and consultation to staff to facilitate understanding of individual perspectives as needed.
  • Guide individuals in the recovery process, providing advocacy, support, and education during orientation and throughout service delivery.
  • Promote hope and empowerment through meetings and support with individuals.
Requirements:
  • Mon - Fri 8am to 4pm
  • Hourly rate: $21.52
  • Location: Community-based service with office in Malden, serving clients in Everett, Malden, Medford, Melrose, Wakefield, Reading, and North Reading.
  • Driver's license and reliable transportation required, mileage reimbursed.
