As a gastroenterologist with MAPMG, you can expect:

  • To provide high-quality outpatient consultative and endoscopy services through an internal referral system in a collegial environment that fosters work-life balance
  • To deliver care through a mix of virtual and in-person patient visits, leveraging our state-of-the-art technology

  • To conduct 30-minute appointments, allowing for efficient and effective care
  • To participate in a call schedule where responsibilities are divided equally among all providers, promoting a sense of teamwork and camaraderie
  • To provide inpatient coverage at affiliated hospitals, further expanding your clinical expertise
  • To collaborate with an experienced support staff, streamlining your workflow and enhancing patient care

To be eligible for this role, you must possess:

  • A medical degree (MD or DO)
  • Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology
  • An active license in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia, or the ability to obtain one
  • Work visa sponsorship is available for eligible applicants

The estimated salary for this position is $240 per hour, considering factors such as skills, qualifications, education, and market data. This rate may increase to $300 per hour after July 1, 2025, based on performance and other relevant factors.
