The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking a skilled Gastroenterologist to join our team at the Lutherville-Timonium Medical Center.
A forgivable loan of $300,000.00 is being offered as a new hire incentive for this position.
About UsIn partnership with the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Mid-Atlantic States, we provide high-quality healthcare through an integrated delivery model. This enables our physicians to access advanced technological tools and receive comprehensive practice support.
Your Responsibilities- You will provide outpatient consultative & endoscopy services via an internal referral system in a collaborative environment that allows for work-life balance.
- You will deliver care through a mix of virtual & in-person patient visits.
- You will have access to state-of-the-art endoscopy equipment.
- You will conduct 30-minute appointments.
- You will participate in a call schedule where call is divided equally amongst all providers.
- You will provide inpatient coverage at affiliated hospitals.
- You will work alongside an experienced support staff.
- You will have opportunities for leadership positions within the medical group if desired.
- You will utilize a physician-friendly EMR (electronic medical record) system.
- You must be an MD or DO.
- You must be Board Certified or Eligible in Gastroenterology.
- You must hold a current license or be able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.
- We offer work visa sponsorship for eligible applicants.
- Competitive compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $525,000, considering various factors such as skills, qualifications, training, market data, and more. Starting from July 1, 2025, the annual salary will increase to $575,000.
