Responsabilidades:

  • Atender a todos los huéspedes y empleados de manera cortés y orientada al servicio.
  • Mantener asistencia regular conforme a los estándares de la empresa.
  • Conservar altos estándares de presentación personal y cumplimiento del código de vestimenta.
  • Cumplir con los estándares y regulaciones de la empresa para operaciones seguras y eficientes.
  • Lograr objetivos individuales de reservas.
  • Mantener archivos de ventas organizados según los estándares establecidos.
  • Completar informes mensuales y estadísticas de competencia.
  • Asistir en la administración del sistema contable según lo indicado.
  • Coordinar y organizar eventos especiales y reuniones.
  • Realizar negociaciones iniciales de contratos y acuerdos de servicio con proveedores.
  • Notificar a los jefes de departamento sobre los arreglos realizados.
  • Crear y distribuir resúmenes grupales semanales para todas las reservas.
  • Colaborar con los departamentos de Banquetes y Audiovisuales según las necesidades del cliente.
  • Inspeccionar salas y exhibiciones para asegurar que cumplan con las expectativas del grupo.
  • Asistir a reuniones mensuales y otras funciones requeridas por la dirección.
  • Realizar otras tareas según sea necesario.
