The Program Management Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the program, guiding a team of Supervisors, and acting as a resource for team members.
The Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and administering program services and policies, facilitating the development of operational guidelines, and directing the efforts of designated program team members.
Accountability for achieving key performance indicators, meeting contractual obligations, and ensuring the quality of program offerings is essential to deliver optimal client and patient satisfaction. Furthermore, the Supervisor is charged with driving enhancements in processes and programs.

- Guiding the team in delivering program services and policies; administering and executing high-quality patient and client services, enhancing program efficiency, and ensuring high team member satisfaction.
- Leading the planning, development, and approval of operational policies specific to the program. Monitoring policies related to personnel actions, training, and professional development.
- Conducting onboarding, training, and performance evaluations of staff.
- Managing established key performance initiatives by monitoring, tracking, and generating reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

- Serving as a point of escalation for complex customer issues and complaints.

- Presenting program information to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring adequate staffing assignments for program commitments in collaboration with workforce management.

- Adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic environment, making independent decisions, maintaining confidentiality, and meeting deadlines.
- Travel may be required; approximately less than 10%.
