Job Overview
The Program Management Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the program, guiding a team of Supervisors, and acting as a resource for team members.

This role is pivotal in managing interactions and relationships among team members, the patient community, and clients.

The Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and administering program services and policies, facilitating the development of operational guidelines, and directing the efforts of designated program team members.

Accountability for achieving key performance indicators, meeting contractual obligations, and ensuring the quality of program offerings is essential to deliver optimal client and patient satisfaction. Furthermore, the Supervisor is charged with driving enhancements in processes and programs.
