About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Education Director to join our team at Konica Minolta Business Solutions, U.S.A., Inc. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong vision and direction for our Technical Education staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for Konica Minolta products and technology.
  • Manage and lead a team of technical training staff to ensure they are well-prepared to create and conduct effective product training.
  • Oversee the management of technical training facilities and ensure they are effectively utilized to support product training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans to support corporate initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an associated field or 7+ years of experience leading training teams.
  • Minimum of 5 years facilitating or developing technical training courses.
  • Certification as a Technical Facilitation or Content Development Specialist a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing teams and developing staff in team management, communication skills, and leadership.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to relate to a wide variety of audiences in a professional, personable, and persuasive manner.
