Project Manager - Highway Construction

CMC Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of highway construction projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
  • Manage project risks, including identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Lead project teams, providing direction, mentoring, and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management within the highway construction industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale highway construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of highway construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
