Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Paver Operator to join our team at McGeorge Contracting Company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate paver equipment and control material taken into the paver.
  • Navigate, maneuver, and run a concrete paver.
  • Confirm deck path/grade for paving process.
  • Follow instructions from ground workers for adjustments and changes as needed.
  • Ensure safe working procedures and environment in accordance with OSHA regulations.
  • Maintain equipment in a safe and clean condition.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Concrete Paver Operator.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle various tasks assigned.
  • Ability to work a 12-hour day/shift.
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods.
  • Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions.
  • Additional experience on Placer/Trimmer, and Spray Cure Texture Machine is preferred.
