Concrete Form Setter

McGeorge Contracting Company is seeking a skilled Concrete Form Setter to join our team. As a key member of our concrete crew, you will be responsible for setting forms for curbs and gutters, operating hand tools and equipment, and working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

• Set concrete forms to grade with precision and accuracy.
• Operate a variety of hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work in extreme weather conditions, including temperatures above 100 degrees in the summer.
• Move and maintain traffic control devices and flag traffic as needed.

• Ability to set concrete forms to grade.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour day/shift, 6 days a week.
• Ability to walk, stand for long periods, and perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions.
