Job Summary:

The Resident Services Associate will be responsible for ensuring resident satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and promoting positive reviews on social media. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well in a high-volume and sometimes stressful environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with residents and address any concerns brought to your attention
  • Promote positive reviews on social media and maintain IMT's rating standards
  • Promote and manage the resident referral program
  • Assist the Community Manager with rent collection
  • Plan resident events
  • Monitor the community regularly for adherence to lease policies and address issues as needed
  • Manage lease renewals to ensure a high resident retention rate
  • Facilitate the move-out process
  • Stay abreast of Fair Housing laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Property management experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • The ability to work well in a high-volume and sometimes stressful environment
  • A positive attitude and the desire to learn and develop your skills
