Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at GPM Investments LLC. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our convenience store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Craft employee schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stocking to maintain a well-stocked store.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming store environment through regular cleaning and maintenance.
  • Oversee financial aspects, including payroll, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Support the Store Manager in opening and closing procedures, ensuring seamless transitions.

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older (21 in some states) for AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO; 21 years of age for all other states.
  • Access to a car or motorized vehicle, with liability insurance.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, days, and hours, adapting to our dynamic environment.
  • Fluent English skills, basic math proficiency, and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
