Virtual Care Coordinator

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to join our team at Brightli as a Clinic Nurse in the Same Day Virtual Clinic. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals seeking mental health support while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care prioritizing the needs and well-being of clients in every interaction.
- Execute physician's orders, ensuring coordinated healthcare services and a seamless patient experience.
- Conduct interviews with clients and their families to understand medical background and medication history, creating individualized care plans.
- Maintain and update patient documentation to ensure accurate communication among healthcare professionals.
- Manage medication administration records (MARs) and handle medication prescribing authorities (PA's), prioritizing safety and following protocols.
Requirements:
- CURRENT LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in Missouri, OR CURRENT RN (Registered Nurse) license in Missouri.
