Optical Practice Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Optical Practice Coordinator. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our doctors and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with patient communication, including reminders, notifications, and follow-up calls.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of patient care and office efficiency.
- Collaborate with our team to achieve practice goals, including patient satisfaction, productivity, and quality of care.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, doctors, and staff.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and office software applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on patient satisfaction and practice efficiency.
