As a Client Service Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial advisors in growing their client base and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding processes for new clients by collecting and verifying relevant personal and financial information.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients through proactive quarterly check-ins, consistent communication, and timely issue resolution.
  • Operational Support: Assist in preparing and following up on client meetings, including data review, task management, and documentation.

  • You possess excellent client service skills, with a proven ability to create meaningful relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
  • You are a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, able to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • You are proficient in using technology to streamline processes and enhance client experiences.

Salary and Benefits

This is a fully remote role with a competitive salary range of $100,000-$250,000 plus commissions, equity compensation, and retirement benefits.
