The Role
As a Breast Imaging Specialist, you will utilize cutting-edge 3D tomosynthesis digital mammography equipment in a supportive environment. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering exceptional patient-centric care.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct screening and diagnostic mammograms to identify breast cancers and lesions.
- Ensure the ongoing success of the mammography services within the practice.
- Assist in maximizing annual screening compliance among eligible patients.
- Prepare patients for procedures and explain processes to alleviate anxiety.
- Operate mammography equipment, adjusting settings based on established protocols.
- Implement radiation safety measures and maintain compliance with all safety standards.
- Review digital images for quality assurance and ensure equipment functionality.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and manage all necessary documentation.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mammography.
- Valid ARRT certification is required.
- Strong patient focus, compassion, and proficiency with technology.
