We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Professional to join our team at StepStone Group. As a key member of our global private wealth business, you will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy that drives business growth and enhances our brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and targets the private wealth market.
  • Collaborate with leadership across relevant departments to identify business needs, determine prioritization, and manage expectations for delivery.
  • Manage a team of mid-level staff and provide guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, business development teams, and portfolio managers.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for thought leadership, including podcasts, press releases, articles, and other forms of communication.
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that engages our target audience and enhances our brand presence.
  • Manage and maintain our Private Wealth website, ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with our marketing strategy.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the success of our marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of marketing and communications experience, preferably in the private wealth or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, business development teams, and portfolio managers.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other design-related systems.
