The Claims Support Specialist will interact with multiple stakeholders via phone concerning various products and services. This role is integral to either the Policy Services or Claims teams, addressing inquiries from diverse sources. Candidates should possess prior customer service experience in any sector, outstanding communication abilities, and a professional demeanor.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience in a high-volume call center is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Completion of assessments to evaluate internet speed, multitasking skills, and essential job functions
