Senior Project Manager and Estimator

As a key member of our team, the Project Manager and Estimator will oversee the overall project leadership for various jobs, driving business development initiatives forward.

Responsibilities include providing accurate bid proposals, scope analysis, quote review, project management, and material purchasing.

Key tasks include preparing pricing estimates for new projects, estimating prices for change orders on existing contracts, and exercising good judgment in working with purchasing, concrete labor, equipment, and transportation costs to achieve Company goals.

A competitive annual salary is offered based on qualifications, skills, training, experience, and location.

Additionally, a discretionary annual bonus is available, subject to company performance and individual contribution.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in estimating successful large commercial self-perform concrete projects.

They must possess knowledge and field experience associated with cast-in-place concrete construction, concrete footings, and foundations.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are required for dealing with contractors, suppliers, purchasing, sales, and others.

The ability to read and interpret technical and legal documents is essential.

Knowledge of related structural products, including joist, deck, stairs, rails, anchor rods, etc., is also required.

The successful candidate will be able to assemble scope of work with required information, including inclusions, exclusions, and qualifications.

Knowledge of terminology customarily used in construction and the use of computer and estimating software packages is necessary.

Microsoft software applications, including Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook, are required.
