Transformative Project Architect Opportunity

Corgan is a dynamic and collaborative environment that fosters personal and professional growth. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our Data Centers team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and integrate architectural and consultant construction documents, ensuring seamless execution and quality control.
  • Develop innovative design solutions that meet project requirements and exceed client expectations.
  • Translate complex concepts into compelling visual representations.
  • Prepare and complete construction documents, detailing solutions that meet project objectives.
  • Assist in creating and managing project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
  • Present technical solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating project details.
  • Lead project studio team members, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve issues and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Demonstrate expertise in industry standards, construction practices, and construction methods.
  • Stay up-to-date with new methodologies, practices, codes, and products, applying knowledge to support project design and budget.
  • Attend and conduct presentations, effectively communicating project details to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage client relations, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Professional degree in Architecture or equivalent, accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB).
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial architecture, with a focus on Data Centers or large-scale projects.
  • Professional registration or anticipation of registration.
  • Strong commitment to quality assurance and control.
  • Thorough understanding of drawing sets and constructability.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate in a diverse project team environment.
  • Excellent marketing and client relations skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Confident presentation ability.
  • Revit proficiency, with experience in other 3D software a plus.
  • Candidates should be efficient in coordinating project deliverables and client expectations.
  • Experience in preparing all stages of design documentation, construction administration, and consultant coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Flexible attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Base Salary Range: $97,500- $133,000 annually Los Angeles locations only

The estimate range represents the general base salary range of candidates hired in Los Angeles only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. In addition, base salary is not inclusive of total compensation.
