Job Summary

We're looking for a Restaurant Crew Member to join our team. As a part of our Restaurant Squad, you'll aim to consistently deliver great customer service and the MOD Pizza experience. You'll make pizzas that are every bit as beautiful and fun as you are and get to do so in a cool environment with authentic vibes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook pizzas, salads, and other menu items to order
  • Package customer orders with urgency and attention to detail
  • Follow all food safety and quality standards to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers
  • Keep the restaurant clean and ready to deliver the best customer service
  • Demonstrate the fundamentals of hospitality, including friendliness, accuracy, and speed, on every shift
  • Work together with your Squad Crew to create an authentic customer experience vibe
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a passion for people and a desire to connect with fellow Squad crew members and customers
  • Ability to follow processes and instructions in a consistent manner
  • History of consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Interest in learning, growing, and contributing to the success of the restaurant
  • Teens (16+) are encouraged to apply
