Primary Duties:
  • Craft and prepare a variety of authentic Chinese dishes utilizing wok techniques
  • Ensure uniformity and high quality in every dish served
  • Maintain an organized and efficient workspace
  • Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to elevate menu selections
  • Follow stringent health and safety regulations
  • Assist in managing kitchen inventory
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a comparable culinary position
  • Proven expertise in Chinese cuisine and wok cooking methods
