Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the production schedule based on customer orders.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure all products meet our high standards.

  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the bakery.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of artisanal bread production, including sourdough techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience in production administration.
