Required Education and Experience
+ A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline, along with 2 years of pertinent work experience.
Relevant Work Experience
+ Proven quantitative analysis experience is essential.
+ Strong leadership and communication skills are necessary.
+ Familiarity with Con Edison’s operations (including services offered and current industry trends) and the FP&A function (including objectives, roles, and deliverables) is required.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is mandatory.
+ A solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles (such as income statements and balance sheets) is required.
+ Critical thinking abilities and a proactive approach are essential.
+ Experience with management reporting or budgeting tools like Oracle or SAP is preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
+ A valid Driver's License is required.
Additional Physical Demands
+ The ability to respond to company emergencies by executing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to customers is necessary.
