About the Role

Precise Systems (MD) is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and delivering high-quality solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan and manage projects to ensure performance, schedule, and cost objectives are met.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research, design, and develop new production processes, and develop CAD design drawings.
  • Testing and Analysis: Coordinate and perform tests, analyze data to develop conclusions, and communicate results of analysis and research.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Install, maintain, and inspect equipment and facilities, and perform routine calibration and troubleshooting of instruments.
  • Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to technical staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: One to three years' experience in a research, engineering, and field test environment, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD software, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Skills: Strong technical writing ability, excellent presentation and verbal communication skills, and ability to execute tasks with minimal oversight.
