Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement efficient factory layouts to optimize production processes
  • Adapt machinery to meet production needs and develop processes to enhance production performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technological advancements and improve manufacturing efficiency
  • Develop and implement statistical process control methods to ensure high-quality products
  • Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions to improve manufacturing processes
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Microelectronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related STEM field. Additionally, you should have 6+ months of educational or industry experience.

We offer a competitive salary range of $83,077.00-$124,371.00 and a comprehensive benefits package. This role requires an on-site presence, and you must be available to start work in 2025. We also offer relocation benefits for eligible candidates.
