Job Title: Part-Time Dough Preparation Laborer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Dough Preparation Laborer to join our team at Martin's Famous Pastry Shoppe. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality dough products using our state-of-the-art equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, monitor, and adjust machines to prepare dough, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Weigh dough balls to meet specified standards.
  • Mix dry and wet ingredients to create dough, following recipes and guidelines.
  • Load ingredients into mixing machines and perform preoperational inspections.
  • Assist in resolving production issues and maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Related experience in baking or manufacturing industries.

Martin's Famous Pastry Shoppe is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We offer a competitive pay rate of $21/hour, with weekend premiums paid weekly. As a Part-Time employee, you will work a maximum of 29 hours per week, with shifts typically starting at 4:30am.
