About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at IntelyCare. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide expert nursing care to residents in post-acute care facilities, working closely with medical staff to develop care plans and ensure residents receive appropriate treatments and medications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert nursing care to residents in post-acute care facilities
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with medical staff
  • Ensure residents receive appropriate treatments and medications
  • Monitor and maintain medical equipment
  • Collaborate with residents and family members to review care options
  • Supervise and train nursing staff
Requirements
  • Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Diploma from an approved nursing program
  • 4+ months of post-acute or in-patient hospital care experience
  • Excellent organizational and supervisory skills
