Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Haven Behavioral Healthcare. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will conduct patient assessments, provide nursing interventions, and maintain a safe and efficient working environment. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the delivery of quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and wound care.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Supervise and mentor Behavioral Health Technicians to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
