### Key Responsibilities

* Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
* Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure safe and effective care
* Supervise and mentor Behavioral Health Technicians
* Assume charge nurse responsibilities as needed

### Requirements

* Graduate of an accredited RN program
* Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio
