About the Role:

The Operations Analyst, Inventory will be a key member of the Inventory Team, assisting with business analysis and reporting. This team member will act as a player and coach, performing key analyses & business functions, prioritizing workload in an environment with competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively monitor 3PL inventory levels and work cross-functionally to prevent out-of-stock situations within the 3PL networks across various brands and categories.
  • Provide world-class customer support to distributor partners by improving process efficiencies.
  • Perform detailed analysis on available inventory and depletion data.
  • Establish and understand the relationship that production, orders, depletions, and promotions have on distributor inventories and develop processes to respond proactively.
  • Enhance processes, analysis methods, and relationships to ensure an uninterrupted flow of Congo products throughout the distributor network.
  • Support internal and external audit activities, as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance/Accounting
  • 1-2 years of related experience in operations, supply chain, finance/accounting, or analytics role. Experience in a high growth and/or CPG environment is preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and financial analysis
  • Experience with NetSuite and a familiarity with PowerBI is a huge PLUS
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and support key initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be detail-oriented while working efficiently
  • Excellent collaborator and relationship builder; internal and external
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills
