Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
  • Follow and adhere to resident care plans
  • Measure and monitor vital signs, reporting to your supervisor as necessary
  • Observe and report any concerns to the broader nursing team
  • Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Clean and sanitize surfaces, keeping residents' rooms clean and hygienic
Requirements:
  • Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures
