AmeriSpec Inspection Services is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Certified Home Inspector to join our team. As a home inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough and accurate inspections of residential properties to identify potential issues and defects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct home inspections from start to finish, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Work closely with other inspectors to learn the essentials of home inspection and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
  • Mentor and coach junior inspectors to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with successful real estate agents and other industry professionals.
  • Assist in marketing efforts to promote our services and attract new clients.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to stay current on industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and operating instructions.
  • Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Must have a clear criminal history and meet company requirements for tools and equipment.
