Women's Health Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Midwife

Job Summary:The primary focus of this role is to provide high-quality care to patients, with a strong emphasis on preventative care and diagnostic screening. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in women's health and be able to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
Responsibilities:- Provide quality care to patients, including routine check-ups, screenings, and treatments.
- Design and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure high standards of care.
- Provide clinical supervision of nursing personnel, including protocol review, telephone triage, and follow-up procedures.
- Coordinate tests, referrals, and care of patients outside of the center.
- Develop and set standards for preventative care and diagnostic screening.
- Meet annual CMS requirements.
- Operate a motor vehicle and travel within the service site area.
- Provide safe and successful performance, including meeting productivity, quality, and patient satisfaction standards.
- Board Certified NP or PA or valid midwife license.
- Active New York license.
- Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing.
- Minimum two years of experience.
