Role Responsibilities:

  • Master and implement all facets of the talent acquisition and recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, needs assessment, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, conducting interviews, discussing compensation, gathering feedback, negotiating offers, initiating onboarding, and coordinating the first day of employment.
  • Identify and recruit exceptional talent, creating a strong talent pipeline through various strategies such as proactive outreach, online databases, job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Immerse yourself in the organization to fully comprehend each role, its responsibilities, and how various positions collaborate, ensuring optimal alignment with company needs.
  • Exhibit outstanding communication skills, a proactive mindset, and adaptability in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience.
  • Preferred 1 year of experience as a business partner.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify, analyze, and resolve recruitment challenges.
  • Skilled in crafting innovative solutions to attract and retain top talent.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive offers for candidates and the organization.
  • Ability to persuade, motivate, and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Effective in a team environment, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve recruitment objectives.
  • Capable of delivering independent results and managing tasks without supervision.
