  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers frequently
  • Maximize sales and execute retail promotions to increase profitability
  • Oversee technicians working on customers' vehicles, including time management, parts ordering, and job completion times
  • Participate in quality control and the development of Standard Operating Procedures

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred
  • Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient use of computers and business machines
