Greensboro Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, a Hudson Automotive company, is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable purchasing experience.
Responsibilities:- Provide thorough explanations of financing and credit life, accident, and health insurance to customers.
- Collaborate with sales and sales managers to provide current information about finance and lease programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments.
- Cultivate relationships with several finance sources, including the manufacturer.
- Convert cash deals to finance and provide customers with thorough explanations of aftermarket products and extended warranties.
- Top Compensation (our top-performing Finance Managers earn up to $300K+ annually)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, and Saturdays, with Sunday off
- PTO: Full-time employees are eligible for 10 PTO days per year based on accrual
