Job Summary:
The Director Surgical Services will play a critical role in supporting the hospital mission, vision, and facility goals. As a key member of our team, you will oversee Surgery, Anesthesia, Preop PACU and PAT, Scheduling, and Sterile Processing Services, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead departmental functions in support of hospital goals
- Identify cost-effective systems to support business needs
- Analyze customer satisfaction data and employee feedback to drive improvement
- Collaborate with Senior Management to achieve facility goals
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited school or professional nursing program
- At least two years' experience in surgery management, including pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills
