Surgical Services Operations Manager

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Trophy Club, TX, is dedicated to delivering excellence in healthcare. We are seeking a highly skilled Director Surgical Services to lead our team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record of success in surgery management. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the department's functions, including pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care, as well as managing staff and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.
- Manage and supervise a team of surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff.
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate records and reports.
- Collaborate with senior management to meet facility goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Five years' experience in surgery management.
- Two years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification preferred.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
