Our Mathnasium of Trophy Club location is seeking a skilled and passionate Center Director to lead our team. As a Center Director, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for students to learn math concepts in a fun and engaging way. This role involves managing daily operations, meeting with families, coaching instructors, and ensuring high-quality instruction.

We are looking for an individual who has experience working with children or young adults and possesses strong management skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to train and develop staff, delegate responsibilities, and work independently with minimal supervision. Additionally, they should have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, sales, and leadership.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent organizational skills, be able to adapt to a versatile environment, and handle multiple concurrent assignments. Strong comprehension of Microsoft Office and Google Applications is required, as well as comprehensive math understanding up to Pre-Calculus. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but pursuit of degree considered.

This is a part-time position requiring availability to work nights, Sundays to Thursday (25-30 hours per week). Summer hours provide weekends off (in June and July). The position does not allow for remote work. We offer a competitive salary ($50,000 - $60,000) and a range of benefits, including great work-life balance, consistent part-time hours, and incentive bonuses.
