We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at St. Joseph of the Pines. As a RN, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents and lead a team of nursing assistants in delivering high-quality care.
About the Role:This is a dynamic and rewarding role that offers opportunities for growth and personal development. You will be responsible for participating in community surveys, directing day-to-day nursing functions, collaborating with other resident services, and contributing to our quality assurance program.
Responsibilities:- Participate in community surveys and drive corrective action.
- Direct day-to-day nursing functions in line with the latest regulations.
- Collaborate with other resident services to ensure holistic care.
- Contribute to the development of our quality assurance program.
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and informative nurse notes.
- Administer medications with precision and care.
- Making daily rounds to ensure exceptional care standards.
- Assist in training and ensure safety compliance.
- Review care plans daily to ensure top-notch care.
- ADN or BSN degree.
- Current RN license in North Carolina.
