Position Overview:
We are currently in search of an Agreement Manager to support the expanding Energy Storage market in North America. This role will report to the Senior Agreement Manager and will be based in Houston, United States.
Key Responsibilities:
The Agreement Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of assigned agreements and warranty customers. This includes:
- Managing agreement renewals, upselling, and customer service throughout the lifecycle of Energy Storage System (ESS) installations.
- Driving financial, operational, and technical performance of customer installations.
- Identifying customer challenges and implementing corrective measures.
- Securing customer investments while minimizing financial risks and ensuring profitability through proactive performance improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure a smooth transition from project delivery to lifecycle support.
Accountability:
The Agreement Manager will be accountable for:
- Commercial performance of assigned agreements and warranty contracts.
- Operational and technical performance of customer battery energy storage systems.
- Customer satisfaction and timely collection of receivables.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, economics, or a related field is required. Candidates should possess a minimum of five years of experience in contract management and administration, preferably within the energy generation sector. Proven success in managing, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements is essential, along with a solid understanding of legal and contractual regulations governing projects.
