Job Summary

We're seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our team as Customer Service Support Staff. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers with warmth and sincerity, ensuring a positive experience from the start.
  • Help customers navigate our menu, answer questions, and make recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Address customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to their satisfaction.
  • Answer phones, take orders, and enter customer information into our POS system with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist delivery drivers with packing and labeling, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our products.
  • Work collaboratively with servers, bartenders, hosts, and bussers to deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
  • Perform miscellaneous cleaning tasks and other side work as needed to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Command of the English language, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous customer service and restaurant experience, with a strong focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to stand for 10 hours and lift 40 pounds, with a strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
