We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Superintendent IV to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for directly managing construction activities to meet specifications, delivering projects within budgeted cost and by the scheduled completion date.
Key Responsibilities:- Directly manage a project's construction activities to meet specifications, delivering the project within budgeted cost and by the scheduled completion date.
- Manage complex to highly complex projects, coordinating, planning, and supervising craft superintendents, contractors, and/or craft activates on projects.
- Oversee multiple discipline superintendents/scopes of work ranging from $50MM and up in direct construction work with little guidance from senior-level leadership.
- Mentor other staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Science, or Engineering or equivalent job experience required.
- Minimum of twenty years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of success in managing complex projects.
- Team-oriented individual capable of managing others, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated success in managing the construction scope on mid to large-sized projects, with experience in design/build and Lean tools.
- Ability to fully understand project specifications and identify deviations in the field, with superior planning ability and computer skills.
