Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement & Training Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for collaborating with sales and marketing to drive sales revenue enablement, training, and to help manage the modern sales tool ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create content that delivers a deep understanding of each audience's unique needs and marries it to solid core business practices, processes, efficiencies, and product expertise.
  • Plan, develop, and implement strategy for client and consultant training and development, establishing and maintaining systems for measuring progress.
  • Liaise with functional/departmental managers to understand staff training and development needs, objectives, purposes, and achievements.
  • Partner with Marketing Communications and Product Management for the development of marketing collaterals and market-specific needs, creative development, and platform development.
  • Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary staff training, development theory, and methods, providing suitable interpretation to Directors, Managers, and staff.
  • Produce scalable and evolving sales strategy, plans, and presentations to meet training and development needs, managing training delivery, measurement, and follow-up as necessary.
  • Design training courses and programs to meet virtually all training needs for internal teams and the company's distribution network.
  • Plan and deliver training courses personally where necessary to augment any training provided externally or internally by others.
  • Drive enablement efforts using sales tools, data-driven process management, analytics, document processes, and KPIs to improve efficiency.
  • Follow up with consultants and provide one-on-one coaching.
  • Provide field administration and product knowledge and training to newly promoted representatives, including development of an online customer training platform.
  • Develop and implement plans for training, establishing and maintaining systems for measuring progress.
  • Develop and drive content to educate the sales team and advance deals.
  • Create and drive improvement initiatives focused on sales readiness, efficiency, and sales cycle, customer journey.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in a sales enablement and/or revenue enablement role; 1+ year of sales training experience.
  • Routine travel may be required.
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications, Salesforce or similar CRM, content management platform (CMS), Agile experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning.
  • Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
  • Experience with direct, channel, strategic sales channels.
