Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to become part of our energetic team. This role is essential for managing and collecting overdue accounts from clients. Responsibilities include effective communication with customers, negotiating payment arrangements, resolving billing issues, and ensuring that all collection activities are handled professionally and courteously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track accounts receivable to identify overdue payments.
  • Reach out to clients through various communication channels to secure outstanding payments.
  • Negotiate payment terms and schedules with clients to facilitate timely collections.
  • Maintain precise and current records of collection efforts and client interactions.
  • Address and resolve billing discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, such as sales and customer support, to resolve account-related issues.
  • Prepare and deliver regular updates on the status of collections and outstanding accounts.
  • Generate and send invoices.
  • Comply with all company policies and applicable regulations regarding debt collection.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and nurture positive relationships with clients.


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable or a similar capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of billing and collection practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
