Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and employability of individuals with disabilities and other disadvantages.
- Provide on-site training and vocational guidance to help individuals prepare for and secure employment.
- Collaborate with employers to identify job opportunities and provide job coaching and support to individuals in the workplace.
- Conduct needs assessments and develop individualized plans to support the employment goals of individuals with disabilities and other disadvantages.
- Provide customer relations and support to individuals, employers, and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human services, education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in human services, job coaching, or a related field.
- Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.
- Ability to use computers and software applications, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
