Responsibilities:- Evaluate and treat patients with a range of orthopedic conditions, including sports medicine and musculoskeletal injuries.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals and improve functional outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) to assess patient capabilities and limitations.
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on physical therapy techniques and strategies.
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
- Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration required.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients.
- CPR certification required.
