You will interpret complex technical drawings and utilize a range of advanced fabrication tools and machinery. This position is perfect for individuals who possess a strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze blueprints, schematics, and designs to plan metal fabrication tasks effectively.
- Employ various fabrication tools (saws, grinders, lathes, etc.) to accurately cut, bend, and shape metal parts.
- Execute advanced welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and ARC welding, to join metal components.
- Assemble HVAC parts, ensuring precision and functionality while adhering to quality standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections of completed products to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols.
- Service and maintain fabrication tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in metal fabrication is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience as a fabricator or in a similar role within a manufacturing setting.
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding methods.
- Strong technical knowledge of metal fabrication tools and machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and work in various positions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in all tasks.
- Problem-solving abilities to address fabrication challenges effectively.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and engineers.
- Valid driver's license is required.
Compensation
$18.00 Per Hour
Work Schedule
Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm
