About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Manufacturing group. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of core business processes, technology challenges, and technical/business solutions associated with the manufacturing domain.
Key Responsibilities- Support or own and manage one or more project workstreams, including deliverables, while adhering to budget, timelines, and client engagement guidelines.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives within the manufacturing domain.
- Oversee project timelines ensuring that all deliverables are met on schedule.
- Provide expert guidance on manufacturing industry best practices and emerging trends.
- 6 + years working in technology, consulting, professional services, or solution development within the manufacturing domain, experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant business or technical discipline.
- PMP and/or Six Sigma certification(s) are preferred.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $110,000-$140,000 based on national averages. Cognizant offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision/life insurance, paid holidays plus paid time off, 401(k) plan and contributions, long-term/short-term disability, paid parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
